Ingredients
- •1 tin of sardines in olive oil (drained)
- •1/2 avocado
- •A handful of rocket or baby spinach
- •5 cherry tomatoes
- •1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- •Juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper
Method
- 1Arrange the rocket on the plate as a base.
- 2Add the sliced avocado and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
